ALEX OVECHKIN BECOMES ALL-TIME LEADING SCORER AMONG RUSSIAN-BORN NHL PLAYERS

Alex Ovechkin tied Thursday night’s Washington Capitals game against the Dallas Stars midway through the third period with his ninth of the season, passing former teammate Sergei Fedorov to become the all-time leading goal scorer among Russian-born NHL players with 484 goals.
