CAPS: Washington Capitals Military Night and Jersey Auction (Photos)

The Washington Capitals honored the Military on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 when the Caps hosted the Carolina Hurricanes.

The National Anthem was sung by the Army Chorus of four men — two of which are very familiar to Caps fans. Bob McDonald and Caleb Green.

During pre-game warmups, the Caps wore special military night camouflage jerseys which were then autographed and auctioned in a silent auction. A portion of the proceeds benefits Our Military Kids.
