NATS/P-NATS: Potomac Nationals Statement on Fire at Pfitzner Stadium

The Potomac Nationals had a fire late in the afternoon on Friday, June 29 in their administrative offices at Pfitzner Stadium in Woodbridge, Virginia. According to the team’s statement, “the Prince William County Fire Department responded and the fire was quickly controlled with damage limited to a few second floor offices. The Ballpark, seating bowl, field, club houses, ticket offices and food areas were not affected.”

The team is on the road and will return on Wednesday, July 4th for its traditional holiday Fireworks game.
