Potomac Nationals 35th Anniversary Logo
The Potomac Nationals, the Single-A affiliate of the Washington Nationals, were eliminated from the second half playoff race losing to the Carolina Mudcats 3-1 tonight at Five County Stadium. With the loss, Potomac fails to make the playoffs for just the second time in the last six seasons.
The P-Nats have four games left in the 2012 season, all on the road. The 35th Anniversary season is coming to a close.
