Washington, D.C. – The 2012 Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) pre-season schedule was released today by the league office. The Washington Mystics will face Eastern Conference rivals Chicago Sky and Connecticut Sun prior to the start of the regular season.
Washington will travel to Chicago to face the Sky on Thursday, May 10, at 8:00 p.m., then return to Verizon Center to face the Sun on Monday, May 14, at 7:00 p.m.
The Washington Mystics will tip off the 2012 season on Saturday, May 19 against the Chicago Sky. Season tickets for the 2012 season are currently on sale and can be purchased by calling the Mystics Sales Office at 1-877-DC-HOOP1 or by visiting the Mystics web site at www.washingtonmystics.com.
